Now that we know what "it" is going to be (a cute little girl) Seth and I have started to think about names. This is a pretty serious topic when you think about it! this is a name that is going to be with them on earth, it is going to be what they classmates call them, their co workers, their cousins , their nieces and nephews, their friends... So Seth and I have been thinking of different names. If you ask Seth he thinks I come up with strange and bizarre names. But to me they are unique. We decided we didn't want to name the first with an S because then I would feel the rest would be S-something. And I didn't want to name one with M because I am not really wild about the double M sound. So we have been thinking of a cute little girl name that will mature with her and will be a professional adult name. I don't want to call her Bambi, because she will grow up to be a night life entertainer. Although we are in the beginning stages of the baby name process We have three names we have agreed on.
Kiley
Kaila (Not Kayla, by Ky-lah)
Alicia
Any input would be greatly appreciated. I am always nervous to share names with people because I was in love with the name Lydia, and then a family I know knew a song about a tattooed freak named Lydia, so it killed the name for me (PS I still love the name)
I am sure I will think of different names along the way but right now that is what we have down on paper to review.

Oh, this is the fun part. Kiley is really cute to me but I hear you kindof know when you see them what their name should be but definately get some names ready. We have run into the problem that I know several girls who are pregnant right now and alot of them are going to have boys so I dont want to share because I already had to give up the name Landon becuase one of our friends already has a little boy with that name and Ben didnt want to use it after that :( Before we knew it was a boy we also liked the name Hannah and some of our friends were thinking about using the name but then decided on the name Sydney. But really all of your names are so cute and as long as you dont associate them with other less desirable people, everything will fit perfectly!
I love Kaila! It's different and I think that it's a name that will grow with her. It also sounds really good with McLeod!
You know I love the name Lydia too, but Cliff thought it sounded like a grandma name :( Oh well.
